I am writing to express my appreciation for the Citrosqueeze Turnout Gear cleaner. Having used the product for over seven years, we are very satisfied. We are particularly impressed with its ability to remove hydrocarbon products.

We have found the Citrosqueeze enables us to do our own in-house cleaning. This saves us considerable money and turnaround time compared to outside contract cleaners.

We typically soak our turnout gear in the product for about 30 minutes prior to washing. In worse cases, we let the gear soak overnight. We have found our cleaning process to be very effective. Not only is the gear clean, it has a clean smell that is reassuring to our fire fighters.

Finally, I want to express my appreciation to you for giving us a drawing of a soak tank. We had a local fabricator make us a tank according to the drawing and it has made the soaking process easy to accomplish.
